Tent sides & weights are billed separately.
Our tents can be installed on grass, concrete or asphalt. Our tents are professionally setup by our crew, we do not allow customer setup, and delivery charges apply. Please be advised that different cities may require permits for certain tents & canopies, consult your city and let us know. Ourprices are subject to change without notice. Other charges for accessories such as weights, stakes, straps, sides and gutters may apply.

Delivery & Policy
The company policy for self pick-up, credit/debit payment only. Bring a goverment issued photo ID and a 30% of your order total for rental security refundable when you return equipment on time and in good condition. Damaged items will be billed to you at the market rate. You are required to clean all items rented to you before you return them to us.
We deliver within 50 miles of our location. We charge delivery fees please call for delivery rates because depends on mileage and quantity of equipment rented. We deliver and pick up at your driveway or curbside only. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO YOUR BACKYARD OR INSIDE YOUR HOUSE unless you paid a fee for that service. The delivery fee does not include setup.
Cancelation
All cancellations done within 90 days to the event will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued if cancelled within 5 days of scheduled pickup or delivery. $100 administrative cost fee is deducted from all orders that qualify for a refund. The company policy for self pick-up, credit/debit payment only. Bring a government issued photo ID. Damaged items will be billed to the customer at the market rate. The customer is expected to maintain rented items in the same condition as when they received the items. Otherwise customer is responsible for cleaning all items rented to them before returning them to UPR. Additional charges may apply to extremely dirty items.
We strive to make your experience better and for us to be cost-effective we have set a minimum store order of $ 100.
